General Questions on Digestive Enzymes

Digestive Enzymes have been life changing since I started taking them around a year ago and, despite all the obvious changes I have noticed, I still have many questions about them

My chronic constipation has been treated by taking one of these pills with each meal; miraculous to me

A metametrix test done a year ago showed that I am chemically sensitive to eggs, oats, and lobster. If I eat these I will end up with intestinal hyperpermiability(leaky gut)

Not being allowed to eat eggs and oats eliminates a ton of different foods from my diet. I can't help but wondering if taking enzymes eliminate the dangerous aspect of those foods I'm sensitive to thereby allowing me to eat them

I have also heard of enzymes taken between meals contributing to the whole bodies function. I currently have a ton of digestive enzymes, enough to take any amount needed to get well; what more could I do with them?

As for why I think these enzymes taken with meals are controlling the otherwise present chronic constipation:
Two hair tests have come back showing toxic levels of copper

Andy Cutlers "Amalgam Illness" states that copper toxicity is nearly indistinguishable from mercury poisoning. There is a diagram somewhere between page 30-40 in Amalgam Illness that shows the channels that mercury poisoning inhibits; among those channels blocked are pancreatic enzyme production. I'm currently working on the copper issue
