i would have to agree with you that eating raw meat is definitely not a plausible answer for very many people. becoming a true vegetarian takes much much more work than most people are willing/able to put into it. tofu is not an acceptable source of protein in my (not so) humble opinion.
i dont put much faith into any 'miracle' diet, it has taken me a lot of my own time and effort in researching and practicing certain eating habits to develop anything remotely successful. it is not the job of some dime-a-dozen internet guru to tell me how to do it. i follow a basic guideline and make small adjustments from there.
