and what IS that dose that does all of this? a bare minimum of 100mg per day. from there its almost as if you can dial up your custom level of health. i have good reasons for keeping my level of Iodine intake at above 500mgs. i think its more like 6-700mg(a 00 vegcap full minus a couple of drops of SSKI 2% with magnets). works like a charm.
iodine is the heaviest element that is bioactive in the body. it is very grounding(earthing, for all my european friends).
