I suggest taking one of the yeast killers at a time. You can change to another if the first one doesn't seem effective enough.
Brown rice is somewhat controversial. I suggest you follow the diet very strictly for at least a week (until you, hopefully, feel better), and then try brown rice to see how you react. Keep in mind that the reaction may be delayed. For me, a reaction to complex carbohydrates usually comes a few hours after eating them.
