Yeah you'll need some kind of enema bag. I'm sure you could find them at walmart/walgreens if you really want to do one asap.

Only other thing I can think of that might work is one of those turkey basters if you happen to have one.

Just make sure you look up a guide on how to do them if you're unsure as you'll want to do a few things different then you would other types of enemas.
