Some diet &book recommandations....
To Depressions, Anxiety & Mental health Forum.
I have always seen good results in anxiety and fear while changing diet accompagned with cleansing.
Once I worked with Drug-Adict-People, and we had wonderful results in a short time. Besides changing the diet I used to recommend herbs used for conditions of nervousness, anxiety, emotional instability, pain, cramps, spasms, tremors etc... Many are helpful for relieving stress and muscle tension. Check with a herbalist before using the herbs, I always recommend dr Schulzes pages!
A combination of those three medical herbs are helpful
in case of addiction:
VALERIAN (Valeriana officinalis); Calming and sedating.
LADY`S SLIPPER (Cypridium pubescens; Orchidaceae).
Nervine, sedative, antispasmodic.
SCULLCAP (Scutellaria lateriflora; Labiatae)
Nervine, sedative, antispasmodic. This is one of the best herbs to use to break addictions and to ease the problems associated with drug and alcohol withdrawal.
For such a condition, a quarter to half a cupful of the tea should be taken every hour or two, tapering off as the symptoms subside. It also is a good brain tonic for promoting meditation.
Apart from recommending more SUNSHINE and light into your eyes, expose you’re your whole body to the sun.
And EXERCISE MORE!! Run away from the fear!
I also warmly recommend FitLine-Products, check messages posted at Ask Lillian! Vitamins and minerals are very important. As well as I have seen good results in using Choline! Helps a lot in case of mental-disorders!

Your diet is very important if you are having any kind of anxiety or depression!
I first of all recommend to remove hydrogenated fats from your diet, like MARGARINE!! As this kind of fats really disturbs and brings your nervous-system out of balance!! Number 2 is of course to cut down on all refined SUGARS! Sweets, chokolate, snacks, tabacco, alcohol and all caffeins!! All these products will give you a strong unstability in your blood-sugar and hormonal system, which could cause more anxiety.
Try to stop all your “old-habits” by simply replace them! It is actually not too hard to get used to some new habits, if you just know which healty-foods to replace with! Just go for the replacement, try it out!! Check out your healt-food-store, they may have more good replacements than you would ever dream about!
My book-recommendation on this subject is absolutely
a good one, I really enjoy this book written
by Judith Sachs; NATURES PROZAC;
1997,Simon&Schuster Ltd, GB, ISBN 0-684-82143-5.
