The rains we did have this spring were all Lightening rains, powerful winds and short lived with damage; while we did see alot of natural clouds that all just blew by all spring.

With the chem trail method they can seed the natural moisture and then fire it up with the haarp system out of alaska with negative and posyive charges that can force it to rain with pin point accuracy and since government (commercial) interest has taken over the farming of the lands......government wants their fields watered.
