You could ask Hveragerthi on his new website or do a search
right here in the archives.

You can use any bitters you want as long you put them on
your tongue so it will stimulate the vagus nerve. After
a while they won't taste bitter anymore since you get used to taste, but they are still bitter and you can keep using it.
I use bitters with every meal because I have a gallstone and need them. If you have the liquid just use 1/2 a dropper. I was using too much and it lowered my bloodpressure and felt light headed.

Type TMG in the searchbox and you will be able to find some info. I get mine from http://www.purebulk.com

EDIT: The last time I checked the company changed (owners?) the TMG is now synthetic and not from beets anymore.

this is much cheaper than buying the small bottles.
It seems, according to Hv, that it all comes from China
and the companies here put just their own name on it.
