In the Art of War there are some parts that say when your enemy pushes you pull.

The NWO has been trying to cap the price of Gold for decades now and instead of fighting that, so have the Chinese. Since everyone knows that people sell at the bottom the easiest way to collect something from the brain dead masses is to keep the price low.

China has even more incentive here, they know that their USD holdings are worthless. They also know that when the 'lie' can longer be supported all short Gold/Silver contracts will be paid out in USD.
So instead of fighting the NY shysters they play along shorting paper Gold and buying physical.
When the time comes to pay the piper they will point at their USD account at JPM, which by that time will be near worthless anyhow.

Of course the NY shysters will duck and hide as usual and point at China as the only culprit..
