is this a parasite? please help ty

Hi I have been doing the Ivy Bridge Detox cleanse for 35 days now and just in the last 4 days started doing it 2 time a day since I still have colon build up. Just last night and today I started eliminating this strange white'ish stringy worm like stuff in my feces. some of it comes out in loose clumped up balls and then of course separates so you can see that its not solid but string of this stuff. I am freaked and don't know what to do or what this is.
