Histamines? How to reduce, diagnose...

Hello all,

Sorry to be posting all over the place right now - so I know this has come up a couple of times in this forum - but i have a question about histamines.

I know others have had interesting things to say about being low/high histamine and improvements from regulating those levels. Anyone here following a Low Histamine Diet ? If so how is that working out? How do you go about diagnosing this?

I want to troubleshoot this because i kind of fit the bill for high histamine but the diet seems really challenging and lab testing seems impossible to do without a doctor to order the test. Thanks Tweet
