Hey Newport,

I was going to use the Adrenal Miracle Mix but I don't have a measuring spoon yet. Is this something I can just put a pinch of each of the 3 ingredients in a cup of water and just sip on or does the 1/4 tsp of each in a liter of water method have to be followed? I know amounts are important.
