The Safest Colloidal Silver Silver Biotics vs... ?

I am not sure about Colloidal Silver as I suspect I might have somethings going on internally, weather it may be my spleen or liver.. I dont know if I should risk anything. Ive seen Silver Biotics advertised as the safest, but is it the real deal? Im having some unknown neurological problems also. What is just as effective but safer? (I would not but) To the point where u can give it to an Infant..

Any Suggestions? I want to build my Immune system, fight off infection, bacteria. Ive never taken this before and dont want any problems, so should I start off with Silver Biotics brand? Help!
