Re: Day 2.5 - No thirst, but urination

all this is within the range of 'normal'.

The blood pressure can go up and down,as the body goes through its various changes. Rest, and take it easy. As you tune in more to your on inner guidance, you'll gain confidence, and be able to hear what you need. Drink "according to thirst". The urine takes care of itself. We always seem to want to give ourselves more to do than we need to. (like worrying.) Then, as it goes along,it isn't so much the "boredom" that gets to people, in my view, as the fact that we are so addicted to worrying and micro-managing everything, and without the padding of food and eating, we suddenly feel like we have the steer a boat that before this we let drive itself. :-) Let go and let God, as is said.
Or, if that sounds too religious, trust your body's innate wisdom. :-)
