My bad, i've actually been leaving them alone for 6 weeks.
I've gone through two major cycles.

The first cycle lasted 4 weeks and the skin underneath was raw and quite widespread.
The second cycle lasted 2 weeks and the usual area that would be raw had gone down in size.

I have no doubt that the skin will continue growing but I now it's decreasing with each cycle. Tweet
