Anal infection, help

I beleive I picked up an STD type infection from recieving anal sex. Please don't tell me that it is not a sex organ, I now know that. I was convinced to try that was the first and last time.

Anyway I am in a lot of pain, and there is quite a bit of mucus/puss when I pass stool.

I am considering Collodial silver enemas, as I don't want to have to take Antibiotics .

Do you think this will work, and if so how should I go about it?

Any other suggestions would be great.
