Post-Fast Eating. A message for us all.
I recently replied to a private message, which I thought should be shared on the forum for the benefit of all.
When people talk about diets, they have been led to believe that this will be a "reducing diet" or a "count the calories diet" and you have to be careful about your portions as they do at weightwatchers clubs. All diets work, but all diets fail, because when the diet is over, and you resume "normal eating" the
pounds pile on again.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The Nutritarian "diet" is more a WAY of eating: a lifestyle choice where you can eat AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE to satiate your hunger, with only the limit of this hunger as a restriction on how much you eat. In other words, you can eat with impunity...............and still lose weight!!
Obesity is a pandemic disease and caused by eating the wrong type of foods, which does not satisfy true hunger at the cellular level.
Unless your body is satisfied "nutritionally" it will leave your body malnourished to some degree, so hunger is always present as the body signals it needs MORE REAL nutrition: to satisfy this, we eat more and more, but this does not satisfy true hunger, so unless these are "nutrient-dense-foods" we just pile on the pounds.
Nutrient-dense foods will satisfy your body nutritionally, and therefore satisfy your hunger and your bodys demand for food. This means we eat less, because the demand for food is less.
