Re: Coffee enema = prostate inflammation?
One thing you are dealing with is retrograde ejaculation. (See the link
below for the definition and also much more information.) It also sounds
as if you are dealing with an enlarged/growing prostate which can be diagnosed
by a urologist doing a prostate massage and a PSA (prostate specific antigen)
test - which is another way of diagnosing prostate cancer though it isn't
perfect by any means.
The major issue that you could be facing is prostate cancer which is
generally a slow growing tumor. I'm a 20 year prostate cancer survivor who
refused prostate removal and instead took a "wait and see"
approach. I ate loads of raw garlic (raw garlic kills prostate cancer in
the lab) and my PSA went from an original level of 3.7 down to .7 and I continue
at that level to this day. If I don't eat my raw garlic, my PSA goes back
up over 1.4, so I keep either ingesting the garlic or a good supplement such as
Kyolic.
You need a professional diagnosis ASAP.

Retrograde ejaculation
Retrograde ejaculation occurs when semen enters the bladder instead of
emerging through the penis during orgasm. Although you still reach sexual
cllmax, you may ejaculate very little or no semen. This is called a dry orgasm.
Retrograde ejaculation isn't harmful, but it can cause male infertility.
Retrograde ejaculation can be caused by medications, health conditions or
surgeries that affect the nerves or muscles that control the bladder opening. If
retrograde ejaculation is caused by a drug you're taking, stopping the drug may
be an effective treatment. For retrograde ejaculation due to a health condition
or as a result of surgery, treatment with drugs may restore normal ejaculation
and fertility. But treatment for retrograde ejaculation is generally only needed
to restore fertility.
