I am not sure what the problem might be.  As far as I know they ship to Canada.  Are you paying via PayPal or via the other service they have at the site?

What products are you trying to order? I know that Utopia Silver regualrly ships the Rose Laurel OPC plus to Canada and I have likewise had no problems shipping to Canada (I keep some of the SOPC products on hand mainly as a service for those who need faster delivery than the 10-14 days it typically takes to ship from South Africa as well as those who have problems ordering online)

If interested, right now I have a few bottles of SOPC, a few of the SOPC with N-Acetyle Cysteine and some bottles of the new 200 ml liquid SOPC. The price is the same, except that I have to charge a bit extra to cover shipping, insurance and the fees PayPal charges me to receive funds.
