No liver activity/gallbladder sounds.

I use the stethoscope when doing coffee enemas or castor oil packs, i used to hear lots of gurgling/popping etc..Now I hear NOTHING at all, yet I feel extremely toxic and like my gallbladder/liver aren't working, I can't have a bowel movement without taking IF1(cayenne, senna, cascarda, garlic)

I really wish my gallbladder would start pushing out some bile. I'm having lots of pain around gallbladder/transverse/ascandeing colon, i think there is possibly inflammation/irritation that is pushing up on the liver/GB causing trouble. Not sure how to get the inflammation down, i took some slippery elm the other day and it made me feel really bad, I got extreme brain fog and couldn't move for half an hour.

when I took digestive enzymes with HCL and bile my bowels worked much better, and I felt 100% better, but then got gradually sicker when I stopped taking them due to stomach pain. or liver/gb pain. I think it's intestines cause it's a constant burning pain.

I just want to have bowel movements without pills, I've been taking the pills over a year and now I don't poop without them. I can't remember the last time I had a solid poop, it's always running because the pills.
