Hey, thanks for the information. I am looking through your links, so interesting. I honestly cannot believe you take that many herbs! This is a new concept to have a large part of your diet consist of herbs. I feel like you could start a movement with this lol. I did try reishi for almost a week but it made me feel spacey. I tried lowering the dose but it still made me feel loopy. Maybe it was because the product was from china? I contacted the resaler of the product who says that they lab test it to make sure that it contains only the reishi and is free of chemicals though. I also started to develope a sudden pain in my wrist which lasted for days and I realized it could be a blood clot so I stopped taking it :( Maybe even though it was only 1/2 a teaspoon taking it daily was too much?
