The diet is very important too. Don't eat what feed the fungus.

I really advice to do water enemas for 1 month or more before to do the Nystatin enemas. Johnny Vegas and Remi did it with water only. Nystatin is something that came to my mind after reading the technic in the "Yeast Syndrome" book. Dr.Trowbridge didn't use enemas with his patient but he describes in his book how some other practitioners did reporting sucess.

It will take some time. The results are very fast but it may take months to correct all. Remi did them for months. I have been doing them for around 4 or 5 months and still see colonies coming out. This is the beauty about it, you see the garbage coming out. I don't have proof of what they exactly are but it was what had me seriously ill. It means they have to go out.
