Thanks, this all makes very much sense to me. I just dont know, maybe I should stop taking everything and super simplify it by just eating lots of garlic and maybe changing my diet to completely vegan? I have already cut out so much including diary and red meats. I feel so confused. I do know that when I hurt my knee I was trying to strengthen my quads and I was recommended to take protein shakes and vitamins, I never felt more toxic than when I did that even though it was organic. I still feel like I have a lot of detoxing to do from that even though I only took the supplements for a couple months. I don't want to become more toxic.
