Has anyone shared these experiences?

This is my first post, so let me give you a quick background. I am a 42 year old white male who has suffered from strong Body Odor since I was 13. I was diagnosed with hyperhidrosis and about 14 years ago had a bilateral thoracic sympathectomy. While that did greatly reduce the sweating it did little to nothing for the Body Odor . Approx. 5 years later I had sub dermal curettage done to remove sweat glands. I was shocked to see that did not reduce the Body Odor . I have come to believe the problem has always been internal. My grandmother and uncle have both suffered from this problem, so naturally I though it might be genetic.
Here are where my questions come in. About a year and a half ago I cut my leg and developed and infection. To deal with it I ended up on two different Antibiotics , names of which I can't readily remember. By chance I noticed that about a week into treatment my body odor had disappeared. I completed the Antibiotics and enjoyed 2 weeks of odor free living, the first since adulthood. Ok so that lead me to believe since all the bacteria in my stomach/intestines had been killed this just may be some sort of genetic metabolic condition. Here is where it gets weird. The body odor came back as I figured it might. A month or so later I strained my back and had to tack 800mg ibuprofen to help with the pain. After two days my body odor disappeared again. Now I am trying to find the link with an anti-inflammatory and lack of body odor. Are my intestines inflamed and causing the body odor? Anyone have anything remotely similar happen? Thanks for any feed back.
