I agree with all he had to say but there are more factors to consider.
- with proper screening most carrying a mortgage today would not be allowed the loan
- negative population growth is planned by the NWO, makes Real Estate the worst investment
- lack of jobs and increasing overall property taxes will merge to drive prices much lower
- and of course there are over 32 Million empty and mostly newer Homes on the books of banks at a make believe price that will need to be pushed into the market and sold once the command is given to crash the banks..tick, tock..
