I personally know few ppl who have done Water Fasting for 21 and 40 days. None of them got any skin related issues.
but again every person is different and you won't know whats going to happen till you try it yourself.

the way I look at it is .. if at all these symptoms do show up in your case, who know you might just keep going as it might not be as uncomfortable as you have been reading.

by the way ... I've started my fasting as of today.
I'm 5'4" weigh at 171lbs as of this morning.
I'm planning on Fasting for 21 days(i.e July 31)
