Re: Safe to use Old urine for enemas?

 i did old urine enema years ago and had a bad headache from it. i mean a real bad one.

so i dont know if it was from that but i never dared to try to do the test . i stick with fresh urine saved over max. 8 hours and keep it in a cool place.

any one had any experience with this>?
