Re: Is Anger Normal - Sun Flares the Evil Among Us

On a more serious note Sara, I found one particular item that made me very angry indeed.
One day my wife and I were having differences then all of a sudden I screamed at her so loud that I had to walk away.

I walked into the kitchen to calm down.
I thought to myself "what the blazes was that all about"?

At the time I was trying to moderate my BP due to having an heart infarction.
My method at the time was using a BP monitor half an hour after I had consumed food to find any effects on my BP.
Well that evening I had eaten Chicken.

So after apologising to my wife for my uncalled for outburst I checked my BP and surprisingly it read 156/101, wow!!

So I waited till next evening to check Chicken once again.
Again it read high on both Systolic and Diastolic readings.
Again it only needed someone to look at me wrong and I know I would explode, really.

So the next evening meal I only ate Salad and my BP went 20mms lower on both accounts on my normal readings 130/80.
(I found out later that was due to "Cucumber".

Anyway back to this Chicken which I was informed 'good' for my diet from the British Heart Foundation.
I looked into this 'Chicken' and it's content. OMG!

It had preservatives, growth hormones, antibiotics and much more.
Anyway when I stopped cosuming chicken my anger has disappeared to this day, over 6 years ago, and my BP has stabilised to around 126/75, with the help of Cucumber.

Well that's one cause out of the way, but the question remains, how many people on the planet eat chicken, which tastes nice but truly has this side effect, anger.
Found since then Baked Beans and many processed foods are detrimental to ones health. I don't know if they make a person angry because I do not eat them:)

Hope that helps someone out there Sara.
