To help with gas AND constipation - drink fennel tea. This REALLY works. If the tea bags contain whole seeds, grind them in a coffee grinder to make the tea stronger. Steep for 10-30 minutes and strain. It tastes great, I add a drop or two of stevia, but it tastes great without it.

Aloe vera juice is also very good for constipation and gut healing.

For stomach pain, make slippery elm tea by opening capsules and steeping in hot water for 30 minutes, then drink. You can have this several times per day.

Also for stomach pain, you can use chewable DGL tablets. I use this brand, that you should be able to find at a health food store:

I can't find a list of ingredients in the Prosure product, but if you don't want to use it you might instead use a good whey protein mix that uses stevia for a sweetener (I like Country Life BioChemSports Natural Flavor.) Also add some cod liver oil and also take IntestiNew powder mix by Renew Life to get glutamine and other gut rebuilding nutrients in her.

All dairy can be constipating - you'll have to decide if the goat milk is good or bad for her at this time. I recommend coconut milk that is sweetened with stevia:
