Avoid WOW White!!

This company ( see www.wowwhite.co.uk ) should be avoided, don't be taken in by their great deals (e.g. £49 instead of £400).  There is a reason for the huge discount!  Despite the grand claims they make on their website, unqualified 'technicians' carry out their treatments in small back offices.  I was promised a hygiene consultation in the deal (purchased from KGBDeals in Jan 2012) however when I asked the technician about this, he was perplexed about what this was.  He also informed me that in his experience the results only last a few months.  They reuse the guards they put in your mouth.  Crucially they do not have any insurances available to view (which I'm sure is a legal requirement).  When I asked to speak to the manager (Ben) on the phone to get some reassurance before the treatment, he became angry and said he did not need my business, there were plenty of other customers that they would deal with (thousands I was informed) and as I had only paid £49 for my deal, I wasn't worth bothering with!! He said any bad reviews would be good for business.  Really??!!  Let's see.  Please don't be fooled as I was by all the false claims they make on their website.  They are just claims and the bad experience makes you wonder if it's the same company!.  If you value your mouth and teeth and want a decent experience (without worrying about the consequences during the procedure), pay a bit more and go somewhere else.  I was lucky, I trusted my instincts and walked.  Luckily KGBDeals gave me a full refund and apologised for the bad experience I had had.  Please avoid Wow White!!!
