Try rubbing coconut oil into your scalp at night and sleeping with a shower cap on so it won't get on the bed, or you can wear it all day and wash it out at night. Castor oil is good too, but the best thing is Bentonite clay. It pulls them right out! You'll have to have your husband help part your hair and put the Bentonite on. It's too hard to get it to cover your scalp without help.

Also, use dandruff shampoo with sulfur in it. The sulfur kills them.
