Do you have Antibiotic use in the past?

Have you used anything like Prilosec or any proton pump inhibitors in the past?

Do you have diarrhea or constipation?

You could be low on stomach acid or your gut's flora is messed up. If you're eating meat and stomach acid is low, then you can't break down the aminos. If your flora is screwed up, then you'd have leaky gut and malabsorption that leads to weight loss by your own body eating itself. Your many food allergies signal gut problems.

Very few people have grave's (hyperthyroidism), but it can't be ruled out just yet without proper tests. Hyper/hypo thyroid will cause hair loss, but only hyper would be associated with weight loss.

It sounds like when you take anything, your stomach/gut problems cause your body stress and losses.

Have you tried supplemental HCl/enzymes with meals and live probiotics in the multibillions per dose? Please let me know if you have and what type and/or brands you've used in the past.

If your stomach acid is low with meals, then you're more than likely deficient in many minerals. It's important to get your stomach acid up with meals, especially protein, to properly digest foods and supplements.
