Re: Hair mineral results

From those results i do not see anything that is glaringly wrong, but there are a lot of ratio's and other factors that i do not know that practitioners use as insight into your bodies function.

Where did you have this hair test done? I have read and others say that you must use ARL labs because they do not wash the hair which can skew the result.

For me NB has been helpful, but no miracle. I am glad I started it. I am on a tight budget too, so I paid for the consult and test which was very helpful. Then, I only buy the supplements that I cannot get cheaper at GNC or a health food store. So I get my own zinc, calc/mag, taurine etc. and get digestive enzymes from ARL. I certainly lose some effectiveness, but it saves me money and it still has helped my prod along toward better health.

That being said, what are the health problems you are trying to address? Just heavy metal poisoning?
