Temporarily breaking from iodine...

Hi everyone, I've been up to 75mg on Lugols for a couple of weeks. Still not noticing as much as I thought but that will be the subject of another post.

Due to a work trip, Im going to have to take about a 10 day break from iodine, its all come up unexpectedly and there is absolutely no way that I can bring it with me for a variety of reasons.

Do you think that breaking (going cold turkey!) for 10 days or so starting tomorrow would have any issues, anything I should be aware of? I will continue to take vitamin C and selenium (at a lower level) during the temporary break due to the Iodine continuing around my system.

Does anyone know the half-life of lugols/iodoral?
