Does anyone have Candida and folliculitis?

I believe that a lot of my problems have been caused by candida (Keratosis Pilaris, Sinus Infections, Bloating, Digestion issues, Fatigue, Allergies ect). Recently, I have been noticing random tiny red bumps. They are not in clusters or rashes, but I have a few of them in random spots on my arms, chest, legs, and stomach, and scalp. Does this look like folliculitis? And is that possibly related to systemic candida?
