I have expelled the same looking things. I did a Dr. Shultze Liver Flush (garlic, olive oil, ginger, blended w grapefruit juice along with detox tea, liver/gallbladder tincture, and a 5 day fast) and passed about 50 of those slug/mushroom looking things. This is how I discovered I had flukes.
I did a round of Clarkia , not so much evidence of flukes. I then ordered the prazi/albenza route, and elimited a 4 inch suc*** today.
I am going to keep on the herbs, and redo a Liver Flush w/ Dr. shultze's products. The teas and tintures in his Liver Flush packet have anti-parasitic herbs; and I found this out by research.
I can't tell you which is better; I seem to have luck with the meds over Clarkia , but also tried Gaia's Black-Walnut /wormwood tincture and started seeing what I think are ascaris, as well.
Good luck. I am just sharing what I know. Don't bother with the standard stool tests; they came back negative for me even though I put 5 flukes in the mix.
