Need help identifying worms & kinds of meds needed

So I think I have pin worms in my nose. Symptoms are I feel them moving of course. Then I can get a qtip and hook on to by the wetness and turn forever. Out comes baby ones and ones that are clear that look like mucus. I went to er and of course they said its mucus and impossible for anything to live in the nose. When they spread to my face by touch it feels like wet clear stuff coming out. I also have some in my joints and in my hands. I spranged my finger 3 months ago and its still swollen. I can feel the worm wrapped around it. Is this the same worm thats in my nose? Now Ive got them on my back like a couple of them. i feel them moving and I pulled one out and it was white and about an 1" long. I will post pics in a few. I know they lay babies cause I got small bumps on my back when they do lay them. When I had my menstrual time I had a whole lot that came out. sorry for tmi but Im getting ready to battle these f$. So Ive been doing horse ivermectin and doxycline. My doc will get me anything I need if I ask. Im going to ask for ivermectin, more doxycline for sure. What else is good for these worms. What cream would kill the ones in my nose. Is there a shampoo medication cause I know there in my scalp. What will kill the ones on my bones. I want to switch meds daily like one day take ivermectin and the next day a differnet type cause they get immune. Also is there a cream for my skin that relive itching and kill them. I took an anitfungal cream for feet & olive trea oil and mixed it and it keeps them from moving for a couple of hours. Ive also got patches on my skin that look like Ive been burned, What the crap is that?
