Bingo. Liver damage from protein shakes making Shi+ digestion?? That's a lot of meat too, so maybe you created liver congestion or gall stones also. The liver and gall bladder are needed for proper digestion. All of this meat and protein shakes have jacked it. You might be underweight and thin because of malabsorption because of this organ damage...and trying to compensate with more protein and thus creating more damage. Then with the poor digestion, food moves throughout the digestive system rotting and creating gases. I say all this from experience. In HS I knew these guys that were huge and loved the protein shakes, but I heard people talk about how they always smell like farts. They had uncontrolable flatulence.
Lactose intolerance also hits people as teens. Protein shakes are pretty damn toxic.
