Oh look, bloating returned
Felt pretty good Saturday and took a day off from everything. Today after lunch, I took:
-Selenium
-Iron
-Magnesium
-Vitamin C
And my new low dosage of
Iodine -- one drop of 2%
Lugol's in one measured cup of water, then I drank only 1/4 cup.
No headache (so far) but the puffiness has returned. My toes and ankles are swelling again, and this is causing my joints to ache.
There's no way around this, huh? As long as I don't have a headache, I can function, but I'm really not enjoying the detox process (I suppose no one does). Should I just stick with this level for a week and see what happens? If it's going to help get my hair back and healthy, then it'll be worth it.
Eventually, the puffiness HAS to stop, right?
Oh, and I used Mane & Tail in my hair today. I've read 3x a week is best with that. Fingers crossed.
