Re: Chronic Neck Pain won't go away

Exercise the muscles slowly.

Been doin' that.

Slowly rotate your neck in a circular motion to help to stretch out the agitated muscles.

Been doin' micro exercises to isolate the tiny neck stabilizing muscles.

This may be somewhat uncomfortable at first, but it ultimately helps to alleviate the pain.
Take a shower. Let the lukewarm to hot water run over your neck for at least four or five minutes. Keep your neck straight as you do this, and do not turn it.

Will try the no-moving neck in shower five or more minutes!

Use a heating pad with Facial Cleansing Wipes. Apply a heating pad for a couple of minutes to help to stimulate your neck.

Been doin' that too.

Thanks for the reply, any help is appreciated.

Imagine waking up everyday with pain that moves from one neck area to another, or stay in the same spot. It's no way to live for anyone, especially since the pain is persistent.
