Hello uchiha:
Like you diagnosis of affliction arriving over time.
Granted the neck muscle tension:
Have you considered "Rolfing"? A good rolfing practioner may be able to work this one through.
Have not considered it, but have heard of it fixing problems like feet curved inwards back to normal after a few rolfing sessions - supposedly hurt like hell. Will look into it though, thanks for that idea.
What is posture like? Is there good use of the tonus while standing/sitting? What is the muscle alignment like? Is there any tension further down the spine or legs? Is there any mal-alignment of the spine?
Good questions. Posture has been gradually degrading from constant pain, I believe. The shoulders have been slowly rolling forward with the scapular gap increasing. The tonus is poor due to inability to strength train for very long, few minutes tops. I've had her using a stretch band to pull, like a row boat, and tone the scapular muscles. She's doing light neck exercises, including one that looks like a chicken to maintain better neck tone of the smaller stabilizer muscles. Any heavy strenuous exercise causes higher than normal injury, per her symptoms. Regardless of exercise, hunch-like posture persists with the shoulder blades farther apart than usual at rest. The rest of the spine has no tension, leg muscles also become easily injured with any strength training exercises for long periods of time. She feels like there's an inability to heal. There doesn't appear to be any malalignment of the spine per chiro, physician, and physical therapist, other than the shoulder blade distance. Observing the spine now, it looks like there's a slight forward posture of the head.
What are the feet like and is the gait balanced and rolling?
Feet look like they are in normal position, but the soles have excess callosity, especially the heels. Have not had gait analyzed. How would I go about doing that?
And lastly what is the teeth condition like?
One molar has cap, few fillings. Some excess spacing between lower teeth, potentially from prior wisdom tooth removal.
Are there hidden teeth issues?
Had whole mouth scan, no issues were found. However, there is tooth sensitivity. She uses sensitive teeth toothpaste. I've been encouraging moving away from common toothpastes to fluoride ion free versions.
All the best T2
You've brought up some good issues, questions, and ideas. I'll be looking much deeper into your implicit and explicit suggestions. Thank you.
Hi, is her water intake optimal? If she's not deliberately drinking lots of water there's always the possibility that the discs between the vertebrae might be dehydrated, that together with an exercise of lying across in bed with the head hanging oveer a side and then slowly lifting the head and then lowering, then turning slowly from side to side, will help bring fluids to that region.
If it's muscular tension taking magnesium or rubbing "magnesium oil" on the neck could bring almost immediate relief as mg. is needed to relax the muscles. Calcium, silica, vit. D & K and even strontium could be needed if there were bone loss in the area.
And lastly, anyone taking any medication should be taking extra Vit. C with each dosage to help detoxify these drugs.

She's been drinking spring water. I encourage her to consume at least 8 glasses daily. Observing her, she probably intakes 5-6 tall glasses. From my research, some water types are supposedly absorbed better that other types. However, I haven't found any water to work better than another, yet. What do you think of Viktor Schauberger's water observations? Also, would MSM, Chondroitin, and Glucosamine potentially help?
Lying across the bed on stomach, back, or both while slowly lifting head and lowering?

I tried Magnesium Malate, didn't help her. Magnesium Citrate w/ 160 mg magnesium per dose seems to work in her case. She reports feeling much better neck-wise. Attempted to use Magnesium oil by itself, it leaves a residue that's uncomfortable. Any ideas to improve skin feeling of mag oil (really mag chloride in water) residue or improve absorption?
I've recently starter her on active-vitamins (including fat solubles) and chelated minerals created by organisms. It takes a while to replenish if there are deficiencies.

Most of the meds are pain killers. Her liver probably requires support for these, especially the detox pathways. I'll ensure she's getting plenty of C though. Thanks Ways of Wisdom.
I'm not getting e-mail notifications and when I tried changing my settings (2 or 3x) something went wrong, maybe the site was on maintenance. Now on to your "?s":
What do you think of Viktor Schauberger's water observations? Also, would MSM, Chondroitin, and Glucosamine potentially help? I do not know about that, but met someone who was pretty "hung up" on some type of water that he had to buy very expensive equipment to "make" at home. My take on that is a little skeptical as rarely can mankind improve over what God/nature provided. So as long as the water is pure, meaning free of contaminants and additives like chlorine (through evaporation or filtering), fluoride (reverse osmosis gets rid of it), etc., that's good enough for me
Lying across the bed on stomach, back, or both while slowly lifting head and lowering? I'm sorry I forgot to mention one must lie on the back.
Any ideas to improve skin feeling of mag oil (really mag chloride in water) residue or improve absorption? Diluting works for me, but if that didn't work for you/her then try to obtain some DMSO to enhance absorption, or at the very least I would try covering the area with a piece of plastic then apply some heat for 10-20 min., one of those small microwavable packs they sell at drugstores could work or a mini hot water bottle (I have one that I found once at a dollar store!), and if there's still any residue just wipe off with a moist cloth.
Here's one more thought: I believe that when a physical condition doesn't respond to most of our external efforts to heal it, it's because it's really trying to tell us that something in our emotional or spiritual life is not as it should and needs addressing. Some years ago I discovered Louise L. Hay's little book "Heal Your Body" and it was very revealing to me in my own health problems, I have recently dug it out to start the affirmations again because I've relapsed... So just in case you might want to explore that as a possibility here's a link where you can check not only neck problems but many others which you or someone else reading this may find helpful. Another really good book about intuitive healing is "Awakening Intuition: Using Your Mind-body Network for Insight and healing" by Mona Lisa Schulz, M.D., who has at least 2 medical specialties and is also an intuitive healer. Several years ago I called during her show on Hayhouseradio.com and she did a reading on me which was pretty dead on.

Weird, try a different browser or computer.

Viktor's water observations intrigued me with his intuitive powers about the way water flows and energizes. He came up with a way to move logs using minimal water by creating a vortex to propel them. There are machines that produce the so-called structured water, but I'm also skeptical.

Will test this out.

I've read about DMSO here on CZ many times, but am hesitant to try it. I'm aware that the skin must be clean, without residues, and it will transport almost anything through the skin. If I apply DMSO/Mag Chloride with my finger, it should absorb through my finger as well. If I apply plastic, won't the DMSO take any plastic residue for a ride too?

Will have to forward your book recommendations to her! Many women have emotional trauma from past experiences that they haven't dealt with completely, or at all.
Thank you for your thorough reply!!!
