bit of an update and question about spearmint tea

hi, Hv

so I'm back about half a year later. there has definitely been progress even though I didn't fully adhere your suggestions. I'm at a point now where I feel stronger and more supported having worked out a lot of issues from prolonged withdrawal from anti depressants, so I'd like to continue on with your suggestions if you still find them necessary for what I'd like to do.

the original plan was to wean off birth control and Spironolactone with the help of vitex and yam. I found it too nerve wracking back then to stick to the plan and deal with my psych med fallout at the same time, so I still have nearly full pouches of vitex and yam. I've read many sources stating that spearmint tea works much like the way Spiro does, but without the scary side affects and that it's good for digestion. could I possibly start weaning from Spiro and incorporating this tea? I like what Spiro does for me, but I now think the interstitial cystitis symptoms (bloated, frequent urination with urgency and pressure) are due to the Spiro and I know it's not really safe to stay on it long term anyways. I'm not too concerned with birth control at the moment, but do want off Spiro. would you still suggest vitex and yam even if I'm not wanting to start weaning from birth control just yet?

also I'd be interested in knowing if you've "played around" with inositol at all. I stumbled upon a thread here where you mentioned you'd like to test it out more before you could give feedback on it. I'm going to be trying it out on my own to hopefully help out with my body dysmorphic like traits, but would still like to hear your opinion if you've formed one on it yet.

a couple questions about TMG...

I read the thread here about someone not being able to take bitters, so they take TMG instead, if I recall, along with b complex and zinc. I already take bee pollen as b complex and 50 mg zinc daily and do fine with that, but I am aware you need to drink a lot of water while using bitters and I'm not able to do that because of the IC like symptoms. could I start supplementing with TMG in place of bitters? is it necessary to drink lots of water using TMG as well?

I think that's it for now.

thanks Hv
