Allergies... read if you have EC

Don't know if this information will help anyone but I found through patch testing on my back(rather extensive) that I was allergic to cinnamon and benzol peroxide used in many facewashes and bleached flour, etc... I hope to help you guys with this information. Some people have found success with aviodance of white flour and this may be a common allergen to us affected with this condition. Tweet
