Disseminated Larvae?

My official diagnosis was urinary bladder myaisis of the drain fly larva psychodid. No one really knows how I got it, but I suspect my water at home is contaminated since sometimes it is full of hairy and squiggly things, and jumpy bugs called springtails. So maybe I am repeatedly infecting myself with my own drinking water? Can the ova survive stomach acid?

The real mystery is that why, despite having taken 2 rounds of Vermox, 2 rounds of Praziquantel, and 2 rounds of Ivermectin 2 weeks apart, am I still seeing the larva in my pee, and having searing/itching pain in my bladder? This has been going on for 9 months!!

My ID doctor says there is NO WAY I can still have these in my body, and yet I do. They think I am crazy, but I have one in a glass jar from 2 days ago. The doc will not see me until 7/25, y'all! And they think I'm lying.

So, the questions are:
Is this a drain fly larva?
Has the drain fly adapted so it is able to disseminate in the body?
How is this possible, since it takes a mature fly to lay ova? Again, am I drinking them with contaminated water?

I understand the doctor's skepticism. But I have the pain in the bladder, rumbling in my inner left thigh and leg, and now pain/arrythmia in my chest.

I tried to upload a pic attached to this message but not sure it worked...?
