Thanks. Bellcrank (z-bar) clutch ball stud sheared on block side, leaving stub of threaded broken shank in engine block. Could not access with drill to enable use of EZ-out tool.

Got out my old dentists' drill and put four dimples 0.5 mm deep on the broken face evenly spaced then sharpened a carpenter's set punch to a point, went down under and tic tic tic, in an hour I had it out, put a new one in and I was off to the races. Fabbed new retaining clamp for better alignment to prevent same occurrence in future. Don't know what a shop would have charged, probably in the hundreds of $$ but I had it done before I could have drove there and back. I "got off" for about $20. lol It was a pretty slick fix for an otherwise perplexing prob.
