Are lentils low in sulfur (thiols) or not?

Wikipedia says that lentils are very low in sulfur aminoacids (methionine and cysteine)unlike beans, but Andy Cutler says they are high in thiols? http://livingnetwork.co.za/chelationnetwork/food/high-sulfur-sulphur-food-list/
