Liver Flush # 13

Nothing dramatic this flush, perhaps because my preparation was compromised due to a tight work schedule. A lot of bile release, which was good, accompanied with 4 or 5 tablespoons of sludge that floated, and perhaps 30 or 40 small stones that seemed to be freshly formed since my flush # 12.

There also seemed to be a lot of mucus intermixed with the bile...perhaps from eating too much spicy food lately which gives me mucus.
