Are you running Necrosis 24/7, or using a Beck's Blood Purifier?

The cachexia must be solved by removing the Necrosis.
The aorta complication is beyond Rife, if it was me I would use the Blood Purifier and hope the current aids in the healing process.
Of course that can't be used while Medico Mafia drugs are used.
