It was blueberries on this occasion. I only buy organic fruit.
I noticed the other reply said that for top absorption, fruit SHOULD be eaten on an empty stomach. I have no problem with this, but it's not just fruit this happens with. I cannot do any sweetener at all. No honey, agave, Sugar - nothing. The same adverse reaction occurs. I don't know if this is candida related or if I have some sort of malabsoprtion or metabolic issue with sugars. It would be nice to be able to enjoy something once in awhile, but I literally cannot do anything sweet at any other time of the day.
