I have suffered with these for years. the Dr says I have fibromyalgia.
But the medications they give constipate and make me irritable.
So first I started stretching each morning, that didn't help as I thought it would, so I increased my Magnesium intake along with my normal multivitamins.
I took 200mg everyday for three days then one every other day now I take it twice a week. My muscle spasms have disappeared.
I still do the Jack LaLane pre-workout stretches which are good for anyone just to do.
Most of my body pain is gone except in my shoulder and hips but may be related to my bed and how I sleep on my sides at night.
